Daily Ball Run — Terms of Service

By commenting a prediction on a Daily Ball Run video, you agree to these terms.

1. Free entertainment only. Points are free virtual counters with no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, traded, or redeemed for cash, prizes or anything of value. This is not gambling.
2. How to play. Comment on today's video in the exact format COLOR AMOUNT (for example RED 100), where COLOR is RED, BLUE, GREEN or YELLOW and AMOUNT is a whole number no larger than your balance. Your prediction applies to the next day's race. Capital letters don't matter, and punctuation or emoji before or after the command are fine (green 100!), but comments with other words in them are ignored. Only your first valid comment per video counts.
3. Results are final. Each race is generated from that day's date and can be re-created exactly. If you think a result was recorded wrongly, contact us within 7 days and we will re-run the race to check.
4. Separate balances per platform. Your balance on each platform is separate and cannot be combined or moved.
5. Fair play. We may reset or remove balances that come from automated accounts, duplicate accounts, or abuse, and we may change point rules or end the game at any time.
6. Your username. If you reach the leaderboard, your public username and point total may appear in our videos.
7. No warranty. The game is provided as-is, without guarantees of availability or accuracy, to the extent the law allows.
8. Platform rules. You must also follow the rules of the platform you comment on.
